Introduction

These terms outline the terms of service provided by The Red Vinyl Collective, "TRVC". Please carefully read these terms and conditions before continuing to use Our Platform. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

It is important to note that these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a creator.

 

Use of the Service

By using our platform and services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to the following terms, please do not continue with the onboarding process. We may change these terms by emailing the creator with the updates. Please review these terms regularly to stay informed of any changes made by The Red Vinyl Collective. Your continued use of our platform after changes are posted implies your agreement to the updated and/or amended terms.

You also agree not to adapt, alter, or create a derivative work with "The Red Vinyl Collective" branding unless approved by the platform manager. Links on our site or social media pages may lead to other websites. The Red Vinyl does not accept responsibility for the content, accuracy, or function of such websites, nor does The Red Vinyl Collective endorse the contents of those sites.

 

Signing up as a creator

The Red Vinyl Collective will not sell or redistribute any information or media submitted by the creator. This information is used to create a demographic profile and to maintain communication with you as a creator.

Additionally, any media submitted to us will be used to promote you as a creator. In this regard, the creator will need to approve the format used to ensure that their vision is accurately portrayed on the platform.

We are not responsible for any data loss during membership or any losses that the creator may experience during their creative journey.

Please note that we reserve the right to decline or cancel a membership at any time. We cannot guarantee an increase in following on your social media pages, nor are we responsible for any changes that may occur during your time with us on the platform, including a loss of following or a band break up.

 

Content Disclaimer

Content marketed on the platform is screened to meet our content standards, which are in place to protect the platform as a family-friendly environment. The content should not have any age restrictions and the covers and titles should be appropriate.

Any content submitted to our platform is stored on our secure server and is not sold or distributed to any third parties outside of the platform.

 

Services offered

The services provided to creators are designed and managed by The Red Vinyl Collective. Currently, being a member of the platform or having your content shared and posted on the platform is completely free. If this were to change in the future, existing members would continue to receive the free offering.

Additionally, the platform plans to introduce new services in the future, which will be offered at a charge.

Any updates and changes will be communicated to you, the creator, via email. This communication will be separate from the newsletter.

 

Booking details and Communication Disclaimer

As a member of The Red Vinyl Collective, your artist page on our website can include your booking contact information to help people reach out to you directly for opportunities. That means:

 

You’re in control. Your booking email will only be added to your profile if you request it or explicitly agree to it. You’re fully responsible for managing any inquiries, communications, and agreements that come through that contact information.

We’re not your agent. The Collective does not act as your manager, agent, or legal representative unless we’ve made a specific written agreement to do so. All bookings and related decisions are yours to make.

We’re not liable. The Collective is not responsible for any disputes, losses, cancellations, payment issues, or other problems arising from your direct interactions with third parties who contact you through your listed email.

 

Keep it current. If your contact info changes or you want it removed from your page at any time, just let us know and we’ll update it promptly via hello@theredvinylcollective.com

 

This approach is meant to empower you while also protecting both you and the Collective. We're here to support you, but your bookings and external engagements are fully in your hands.

 

Affiliation

The Red Vinyl Collective aims to offer products and services that benefit its members and public followers, The Red Vinyl Collective will hold no responsibility for any outcomes between affiliate and member and or public.

The purpose of the affiliation is to link like-minded creators with brands that help them in their careers. The use of the affiliate is not mandatory.

Members and or the Public must adhere to the set-out terms published by the affiliate and The Red Vinyl Collective.

The Red Vinyl Collective is not responsible for any matters that may arise between the affiliate and the client.

RMA, Unwanted returns or any other reasons for returning goods are managed by the affiliate directly.

The Red Vinyl Collective will at no point unless agreed upon use media submitted for affiliate marketing by its members.

Any affiliation offered by The Red Vinyl Collective will not be associated or linked to our members unless an agreement has been made, and any affiliation offered is tailored to The Red Vinyl Collective's image and brand.

 

Disclaimer for Collaboration Program "Reverb"

The Red Vinyl Collective (“TRVC”) offers the Reverb collaboration program (“Reverb”) as a voluntary initiative to connect members of the community for creative and professional collaboration. By participating in Reverb, all members agree to the following:

 

Independent Responsibility: The Red Vinyl Collective ("TRVC") is not a party to any agreements, communications, or collaborations that arise through connections made via Reverb. All participants engage at their own discretion and assume full responsibility for the outcomes of their collaborations.

 

No Endorsement or Warranty:

TRVC does not vet, endorse, or guarantee the skill, reliability, or integrity of any participating member. All members are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before entering into any agreements or collaborations.

 

Liability Waiver:

TRVC, its organizers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with participation in Reverb, including but not limited to creative disagreements, intellectual property issues, or financial loss.

 

Intellectual Property:

All participants are responsible for establishing clear terms regarding ownership and usage rights of any intellectual property developed through Reverb collaborations. The Red Vinyl Collective ("TRVC") is not responsible for resolving or mediating such matters.

 

Code of Conduct:

Members are expected to engage respectfully and professionally. The Red Vinyl Collective ("TRVC") reserves the right to remove any member from the Reverb program for behavior deemed inappropriate, abusive, or harmful to others.

 

By participating in Reverb, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this disclaimer.

 

Leaving the platform

We understand that circumstances change, and if you wish to leave the platform for any reason, you are welcome to email hello@theredvinylcollective.com and request termination. Once termination is accepted, all data collected from your joining will be deleted.

If you, as a creator, enter a period of no releases or posting on social media, your profile on our platform will enter a dormant state. It will be reactivated once you resume activity or if you have been in touch with us regarding your journey.
